Creating the score to Jamie Lawrence‘s short film, ‘CUB’ was a wonderful experience.

Jamie beautifully brought to life a powerful story featuring a stand out performance from Tina Cleary.

Tina Cleary was the recent winner of STARNOW BEST ACTOR for her performance in CUB at the Show Me Shorts Film Festival New Zealand 2015

The score consisted of piano, treated vocals, treated electric guitar and string (violin + cello) harmonics. I wrote and recorded everything directly to Pro Tools over a week.

The score was mixed at Park Road Post Production by Toby Lloyd.

Film reviewer Francesca Rudkin wrote about CUB, one of her favourite films in 2015’s Show Me Shorts Film Festival.
